A Dual-Zone Experience

The Shradheya Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Botanical Garden in Visapur offers a unique Dual-Zone Experience, seamlessly blending recreation with conservation. This approach allows visitors to not only enjoy the beauty and diversity of plant life but also understand the importance of preserving our natural world.

The Recreation Zone

This is a world class centre for exploration and leisure. This zone invites visitors to meander through a series of captivating glass houses, each home to a unique assembly of plant species. Highlights include: Cactus and Succulents House, Bonsai House, Palm House, Novel Plants House and Tropical Plants House.
The Museum section provides a great learning experience. In fact, this very well compliments the learnings provided in 2 dimensions in our educational institutions. The exhibits include a butterfly habitat, live aquarium, natural history section, sciences centre, physics and biology displays and an exciting open science centre. All these help us learn how science works.

The Conservation Zone

Dedicated to the preservation and study of flora, this zone is at the heart of the garden's commitment to nature conservation. It serves as an educational and research hub, emphasizing the importance of protecting our natural world. The Ramayan Van, Nakshatra Van, Navagraha Van and many other plantatin schemes provide inspiration to anyone wanting to take up plantations of natives. The waterbodies also serve as excellent birdwatching sites. A leisurely exploration is recommended to fully understand the significance of Conservation zone.
